IDAM by Alain Ducasse

During my three months in Qatar, I documented IDAM by Alain Ducasse, his first restaurant in the Middle East and one of the first in Doha to receive a Michelin star. The work follows Chef Fabrice Rosso and his team, alongside mixologist Robi Ratan and his award-winning non-alcoholic program. From behind-the-scenes preparation to beautifully finished dishes and drinks, I photographed every part of IDAM, including portraits, special events and the space itself. Together, the images capture its people, craft, atmosphere, architecture, and complete dining experience.
